FINANCIAL MANAGER

University degree
Relevant experience as accountant or financial manager (3 years) with responsibility for double - entry accounting, financial statements, reporting, VAT;
Excellent knowledge of tax legislation;
Strong analytical skills, strong personality, problem solver, flexible, with ability to lead a team;
Good interpersonal skills;
Customer oriented;
Fluency in English.

Strong PC Skills: Excel and MS Office

Coordinate the financial activity of the organization
Evaluates and supervise the financial potential of the organization, the efficiency of the financial investments, the growth of the profit earning capacity and other financial indices.
Elaborates the incomes and expenses yearly budget of the organization;
Prepares cash-flow reports and analyses.
Supervises the financial resources and also the timely encashment of debts
Responds for assuring, planning, supervising and controlling of daily encashment and payments
Responds for the good financial reporting
Propose solutions on the organization strategy on medium and short term.
Knows, applies and responds with the financial procedures according to the fiscal legislation.
Develops the organization financial planning on short, medium and long term.
Drawing up financial reports as long as necessary
Develops and revises the financial systems in order to respond to all organization demands.
Develops financial-administrative procedures
Bookkeeping, supervising accounting entries and reporting;
Maintaining relationship with clients, auditors, legal institutions;
