SITE AQUISITION ENGINEER

- University degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Design or Electrical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of mobile telecom industry, network elements and site acquisition activities
- Basic Knowledge of Real Estate Rental and Permits property: laws, regulations and relevant documentatioin
- Good written and spoken English;
- Good communication and negotiatiosn skills
- 1 year of engineering experience in Telecom or adjacent domains
- Good computer literacy – MS Office, basic knowledge of CAD applications and Data bases softwares
- Driving license, minimum 1 year experience
- Ability to work under pressure, multitasking environments and tight deadlines
- Availability to cover flexible and extended work schedule
- Available for travel on country side when needed

The Main Job Responsabilities are:
- Acquire the necessary rental properties for cell sites, in the most professional manner on a timely basis and on the best economical terms
- Perform site candidates search and selection based on the given site technical requirements
- Prepare Site Acquisition Surveys based on the in-field acquired information
- Conduct contracts negotiatins with property owners in order to sign valid contracts
Coordinate and control Site Acquisition, Lease and Permits subcontractors all contracted activities
- Coordinate with other departments (Civil, Installation, Design, etc) in order to contribute to development of the network roll out activities
- Track all activities in data base and hard copy
- Report progress and status to Site Acquisition Manager
