CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar function – 1-2 years
- Experience with creation and delivery of soft skill training tailored to customer needs – highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous presentation experience (delivering presentations)
- Highly customer oriented
- Language skills: advanced English is required; second European language would be a plus.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Training Coordinator in mainly responsible for:
- Providing end-to-end training services for Operational department.
- Defining the internal training schedule (yearly/monthly)
- In charge of coordinating any specific internal trainings for Romania (e.g. internships)
- Assessment of training needs (regularly and upon request) for all staff categories
- Preparation of all training-related materials
- Keeping up to date internal library & training materials
- Contact person for specific external providers & market mapping
- Handling requests for external training
- Location booking for internal & external trainings
- Internal communication to staff on specific training-related matters
- Liaising with EMEA HR to support coordination of regional projects & exchange knowledge.
