CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with PC and MS Office
-Travel industry experience or tourism related studies is a plus

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Your task is to provide client specific software support to travel agencies and airlines customers.
Description :
- You will handle incoming phone calls, web-submits and e-mails received.
- You will diagnose, troubleshoot and solve 1st level Help-Desk issues
- Outbound calls to customers and vendors will be necessary to provide them feedback and solutions on their specific problems.
- Full time only; alternating late afternoon and night shifts
