CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in English language;
• Advanced IT skills (MS Office, Windows, hardware, networking);
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar position and business environment.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Helping and encouraging the team to meet call handling standards and to work towards targeted objectives;
• Constantly improving the project related knowledge level by taking calls/ handling web-submits;
• Evaluating and developing team members through remote and side by side call quality monitoring;
• Providing training / refreshment training and access to online internal trainings;
• Submitting ideas regarding the improvement of procedures;
• Ensuring organization on the floor in order to get the right person in the right place at the right time;
• Ensuring procedures are followed in accordance with TechTeam quality standards and work instructions.
