| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Good knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 server and Active Directory
Good knowledge of Exchange 2000/2003 server
Knowledge of SQL server , ISA , SharePoint , IIS
Knowledge of Citrix Metaframe server
Knowledge of Management applications (MOM, Spectrum)
Good knowledge of network infrastructure (switches, routers, etc…)
Good knowledge of TCP/IP

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Installation of Servers (Operating System and third party applications)
• Configuration, fine tuning and follow up of Management Applications (MOM – Spectrum)
• Participate in IT projects within Europe – Desktops roll outs, Security Projects, Windows and
Exchange migrations, etc….
• Maintenance of operational system/resources at customers site (Windows updates, Citrix
updates,…)
• Daily follow up from all escalated tickets to second level generated by Monitoring
applications
• Applications testing
• Standby after business hours
• Provide Management with possible enhancements regarding the clients IT infrastructure.
• Create and Modify Technical Procedures for Monitoring projects.
