NOC Coordinator

•Organisational sensitivity : understands the formal structure of TechTeam, its culture and business/technology environment, its brand and people values, aligns actions and behaviour with the company needs and priorities. Basic knowledge of Project management.
•Technical skills: Very strong technical background and at least 5 years experience in the following domains (Microsoft W2K/W2K3, Exchange 2003, Citrix, Monitoring applications, in depth networking skills, etc..)
•Planning and organizing: orchestrates and implements clear, efficient and logical approach to work and manages assignments, objectives and time; gives priority to service-affecting problems.

The job consists in managing and encouraging the monitoring team which consist of First level agents who are performing monitoring services and Second level system Engineers responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure for our clients
