YOUR PROFILE:
* Proficiency in Russian language and good English skills;
* Medium IT skills (MS Office package)
* Troubleshooting skills;
* Fast learner;
* Customer-oriented;
* Self motivated, positive attitude and approach;
* Previous travel agent experience is highly desirable (but not compulsory).

YOUR ROLE:
Your task is to provide client specific software support to travel agencies and airlines customers by handling incoming phone calls, web-submits and emails.
