German IT Support Technician

- Excellent German oral and written skills; English proficiency is also a requirement.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good knowledge of Internet Explorer (navigation, downloading, configuring, using shortcut keys);
- Hardware and OS knowledge (Windows NT, 98, 2000, XP);
- Knowledge of a wide variety of PC peripherals: printers, removable media, scanners, PDA;
- Familiar with LAN, WAN technologies and systems.
