Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
• Knowledge of basic electronics engineering and an understanding of electrical engineering concepts, principles, and practices applied to the digital motion control equipment and associated automation systems
• Experience / ability for evaluation, supervision and testing during the manufacturing process, of company specific hardware products within time and cost constraints
• Knowledge in the operation of embedded control digital structures based on microprocessors, DSPs and microcontrollers
• Experience in the operation and testing with analogue circuits and power converters, power electronic components
• Basic knowledge of computer and software engineering tools and concepts such as operating systems, hardware design (Orcad), simulation, testing
• Knowledge of trouble-shooting hardware
• Good communication skills - spoken and written
• Ability to work closely with external manufacturers of the hardware, test engineers, technical partners and the customer to ensure that the end product meets design specifications and fulfills user requirements.
• Experience with measurements. Experience with simulations of electronic drive control circuits.

Major Duties: This position is located in the Manufacturing Department of the company. The incumbent of this position provides manufacturing experience and technical engineering work to support the industrialization, manufacturing and testing of electronic modules for digital motion control equipment. Duties include:

• Contributes to the industrialization, manufacturing, testing, and validation of electronic equipment for digital motion control
• Develops and directs hardware system testing procedures, programming and documentation.
• Cover the complete production validation process for new designs and provide corresponding manufacturing folder
• High level and detailed hardware industrialization, manufacturing and documentation preparation.
• Identifying, tracking and repairing defects.
