Technical Writer

Skills and Experience Required
• Graduate degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or equivalent analytical experience
• Is able to write and communicate clear, concise, correct, technical English
• Has a passion for showing people how things work
• Enjoys investigating and asking questions
• Attracted by programming and technology and have strong analytic skills
• Experience in writing technical documentation is a plus
• Strong knowledge in hardware using interface RS232, RS485, CAN will be an advantage.

Responsibilities and Activities
• Write accurate reference materials about our software and hardware products , like help system, user guides, design specifications;
• Write concise tasks, procedures, and tutorials describing how to use software and hardware products
• Use applications and read their code to document
• Fix defects and supply enhancements to the documentation on an ongoing basis
• Use some or all of the following tools as part of the work
o PDF editor (Adobe Acrobat, others)
o HTML editor (Dreamweaver, others)
