TECHNICAL TRAINER WITH ENGLISH AND FRENCH/ ITALIAN, PRAGUE

* At least Bachelor´s degree education
* Excellent knowledge of communication systems (PBX, Unified Communication, Call Center solutions) as a user, administrator and/or trainer with a strong back ground in IP and Data Networking/Troubleshooting as well as solid fundamental knowledge in Operating Systems (MS, Linux), Server Applications (MS Exchange, Lotus Notes) or Database Systems (Oracle, MS SQL)
* 3-6 years experience in the area mentioned above (communication systems and solutions)
* Any technical training experience is welcome (if you worked as a professional trainer for customers or for internal employees or users, we would be interested)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to present among a group of technical oriented adults Well-organized, reliability, independence
* Representive look and professional attitude
* Excellent French or Italian language (native/fluent level)
* Very good English language (upper-intermediate/fluent)
* Willingness to travel around Europe on very frequent basis

* Provide technical training courses for company´s employees abroad (France/Italy and anywhere where needed) and particurarly for company´s clients (France/Italy and anywhere where needed)
* Provide trainings on new and existing course material and prepare lesson plans relevant to training material and provide solutions to a diverse range of complex problems, prepare training aids
* Be responsible for a particular subject matter, act as an expert for a particular field Evaluate courses, analyze the effectiveness of training lessons, suggest improvements, implement improvements

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* Trainings will be provided in French or Italian language (English language will be used just for internal communication inside the company)
* Office basement is in Prague Travelling across the countries to other company´s branches or to customers (within Europe) is very frequent, you will spend cca 50% of your time abroad
