Technical Support Engineer (MS SharePoint / MS Dynamics CRM)

Requirements:
We are primarily looking for technical people with relevant development background & knowledge.

You will be joining an experienced, very professional team working on the latest software offerings, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and 2011, SharePoint 2010 and 2007, SQL Server 2008.

- Several years in C# / ASP.NET development

- SQL Server development is a plus

Technical Support Engineer required for Charisma Business Applications team. Due to continuous project wins & growth in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint technologies, our business unit is looking to expand the technical support team.

Job description:

- Receives technical requests from existing customers through the ticketing system
- Evaluates the requests together with the technical leader for an accurate classification (application bugs or change requests)
- Solves the technical issues according to the internal procedures (SLA, technical standards)
- Installs new versions of the applications remotely or onsite
- Customizes the existing application features and develops new features / application modules throughout the implementation process together with the team
