CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
• Capability of dealing with all engineering disciplines;
• Process engineering background in upstream/offshore units or a project engineering background;
• Significant experiences in site activities (mechanical completion & pre commissioning, commissioning, start up);
• The recruitment & growing-up of a local engineering staff, the coordination and the execution of engineering activities ("design-to-cost" oriented), the capability of understanding Clients needs during pre-sales steps.
• Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma;
• Work experience more than 5 years;
• Good Knowledge of Italian and French language is mandatory, English speaking is a plus.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The candidate will be in charge of :
• the recruitment & coordination of local engineering staff;
• the technical support to sales activities;
• the technical interface vs. Clients;
• the site surveys & reports;
• the technical interface vs. Sime Italian headquarters;
