- 3+ years of proven track record of providing technical leadership to a group of highly skilled engineers in a high-pressure, dynamic and global environment.
- Mastery of at least one Agile project management approach (SCRUM, XP, Kanban).
- Strong Java programming and software design capabilities. Strong Unix and Database knowledge is a must have
- Focus on performance, scalability, fault tolerance and failure resilience.
- Strong distributed systems and architecture knowledge.

- Experience in php, teaching, ... is not relevant
- Experience in j2ee is not so relevant
