| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
In the name of our client, a British based company, we are searching for a Project Manager /Scrum Master that will be in charge with a web based project for a community portal. The candidate must fulfill next requirements:
Essential:
- Computer Science degree or equivalent.
- Strong software engineering skills.
- min 5 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in web technologies (HTML, XHTML, PHP, XML, CSS, JavaScript) on Java platforms (Tomcat / Linux).
- Knowledge of J2EE and Java frameworks such as Struts - able to code
- Good database knowledge (MySQL)
- Multi tasking
- Use of efficient algorithms.
- Awareness of basic usability rules/ best practices.
- General web skills (web servers, Apache).
- Technically aware (cross device programming, new technologies etc).
- UI design knowledge.
Desirable:
- Multi-lingual development.
- Knowledge of Google Web Toolkit
- Experience of developing content management solutions

He/She is:
- To coordinate a development team and accomplish work as required
- Assist in the architecture, design and implementation of solutions. This will include working with the chief architect and lead developer to ensure architectural issues and concerns are being addressed.
- Assess the suitability of ‘off the shelf’ products to meet some product requirements.
- Take and act on usability feedback.
- Keep track of feature changes
- Effective communication and good team, project management of allocated tasks.
- Work with 3rd parties for site integration, for example to integrate XML feeds into the site.
- To be involved with the release process assisting with development where necessary.
- Ensuring robust / efficient code.
- To be involved in with the testing and coordination/effective utilization of testing resource.
