- Analyze the best media channels for advertising the company openings.
- Organize the applications data base
- Select the best applications by jobs request and call for interview
- Conducting the interview for entry level and middle management roles
- Apply personality technical test
- Manage applications and responses, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews;
- Keeps employees personnel files, labor contracts;
- Monitor and implement labor legislation.
