| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Ideal candidates will have management experience within a high volume distribution environment, at least 3 years Warehouse Supervisory experience as well as the ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services.
Strong project management, organizational skills. Prior experience operating Warehouse Management Systems is a plus

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
About the Position:
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will guide and control the warehouse functions minimizing costs and maintaining tight inventory controls. You will ensure the proper products are on hand to support distribution volume and product mix.
• The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for accurate physical inventories, supervises all warehouse staff for his shift.
• Track all shipments to customers
• Ensure warehouse meets any and all certifications and company standards for safety, efficiency and cleanliness
• Analyze process and make improvements
• Hire, train, develop and counsel all subordinates
• Run all daily operations of the warehouse
