| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University graduate with 1-3 yrs of work experience;
Good interpersonal and team skills;
Demonstrated problem solving skills;
Strong oral and written communication skills ability to interact at all organizational levels;
Ability to work and act independently;
Strong analytical and research skills;
Ability to work under pressure, on own initiative as well as part of a team;
Strong PC skills, Oracle knowledge;
Strong presentation skills;
Display pro-activeness, initiative and adopt a problem-solving attitude;
Proactive team driver and source of motivation;
Handled a team of 15-20 associates/sr. associates, servicing either multiple clients, products, regions or all;
Previous experience in a BPO is a plus.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Excellent knowledge of AP process, basic knowledge of General Accounting and people management skills;
Monitoring on daily basis the staff performance and ensures meeting their individual objectives and perform to establish standards;
Recognize and reward individual and team level achievements;
Customer relationship management in a remote type of operation
Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met with the pre-defined objectives in the various MSA / SOW documents;
Minimize Customer issues and concerns proactively;
Build strong communication and close working relationship with the key stakeholders at Customer site
Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs;
Identify training, coaching opportunities and needs for all team members;
Ensure the full understanding of the existing company policies among employees;
Ensure understanding of the companys disciplinary process, implement as and when required;
Manage effectively multiple and conflicting priorities;
Attend meetings and present performance indicators on internal operational reviews;
Drive standardization and productivity improvement within the team;
Share best practices across teams;
Improve process capability;
Attend meetings, give presentations and participate in projects in order to ensure smooth introduction of changes and satisfactory resolution of problems;
Supervision of team performance coach, support and appraise;
