CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- University Degree (Economics or technical)
- Advanced English
- Experience with coordinating teams
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of previous relevant work experience
- Experience with purchasing workflow
- German would be a plus


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

For our Engineering Location in Iasi we search for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader for the Group of Global Purchasing.

This team is working on the global purchasing activities and purchasing support activities.
In this position your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

- Disciplinary and partly functional responsibility for the Purchasing group and being the interface within the network of Global Purchasing;
-Building and maintaining positive working relationships throughout the business in order to achieve department and company goals
-Ensuring that your team meets and exceeds performance levels by implementing regular performance reviews, training, coaching and through effective feedback.
-Responsible for employee performance reviews and responsible for overall employee daily work activity.
-Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in order to ensure a safe, effective working environment and ensure that target levels are achieved.
