| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
BA/BS, with an international business focus preferred
10+ years sales experience, ideally in a telco sector
Deep understanding of strategy, business development, sales and marketing
5+ years in technology and service-company at senior managerial position within sales unit
Deep overview in telecommunication market, telco products, services and technologies
Knowledge of international telecommunication business, Middle East preferred
Good working knowledge of electronic marketplaces, services, technical applications and trends in e-delivery of information
Impressive communication skills - highly developed persuasive, influencing and negotiating skills
Able to present information and ideas clearly, in both formal and informal situations (e.g. demonstrations, presentations and meetings)
Intellectual depth combined with practical ability
Good business judgment and integrity
Creativity and problem solving abilities, analytical thinking, strategic thinking
Goal orientation
Proficient (written and verbal) in English
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Chief Sales Officer & Chief Strategy Officer, Job description
Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives
Develops yearly Sales plan and co-develop Companys Strategic Plan
Develop yearly strategic plans in the area of Marketing communication and Product Marketing to support business plans of the Company, working with all departments to execute it
S/He acts as a member of the Companys Senior Executive Staff
Solely responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of an organization's products and/or services
Manages all aspects of the sales function including inside sales, outside sales, and wholesales
Plan and implement customer retention and development activities
Plan and manage sales resources according to agreed budgets
Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company
Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff
Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company
Coordinates Business development focus with Product management activities within the Company
Elaborates business cases to support company development initiatives and recommends actions
Develop and manage appropriate policies and procedures to ensure the success of companys business and technology initiatives
Establishes operating benchmarks and goals for each entity within Division (KPI, KQI)
Deliver all assigned tasks and projects on time, with maximal quality, and within approved budget
Work directly with Technology Development & Operation and Customer Care divisions to ensure product innovation in response to changing market, competitive and technology conditions
Provide all necessary reports and documents to CEO on regular and ad-hoc basis
