| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Good programming knowledge and experience in any of the technologies namely, Java, J2EE, C++, C#, Dot Net, VB, XML is mandatory. Experience in object oriented programming and databases are an advantage.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience.
Qualifications: A Bachelor Diploma and Fluent English are mandatory requirements. Higher qualification and knowing other European languages is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, Flexible, open-minded candidates are welcomed. |

The Global Development Centre (GDC) at Budapest, Hungary was set up in 2001 with the objective of providing a European front-end to customers and minimizing the cultural gaps perceived by European customers. A housed closed to prestigious academic environs in the Science Park in Budapest; the GDC is spread over three floors and 5700 square meters. Maintaining the highest standards of physical and electronic security and supported by excellent telecom infrastructure, the centre runs projects for several clients. Access to specific client projects is physically and electronically secured. TCS also runs a data centre and call centre within the premises.
In the year 2004, TCS became the first company in the world to achieve enterprise-wide maturity level 5 in CMMI® and P-CMM®. The GDC in Budapest was assessed by the quality team and shares this honour with the rest of TCS. The GDC is also ISO 9001:2000 and BS 7799 certified.
The GDC employs over 300 plus consultants from Hungary and other neighbouring countries. The technology stack of the projects executed from Hungary includes iPlanet, Weblogic, WebSphere, J2EE, XML, Data warehousing, UNIX, e-Security, end-to-end infrastructure services, Oracle, SAP, Siebel, PeopleSoft, Microsoft technologies and IBM mainframe. Centres of Excellence have been set up for SAP, data warehousing and Java Technologies. TCS runs critical projects for several multinational companies in the Hungary GDC.
