| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Ideal candidates will possess a University degree and a minimum of 3 years medical sales experience to the outpatient and/or hospital market or experience which you can demonstrate a solid understanding or developing a new medical device or technology market.
The ability to drive and develop a new medical market takes passion, intensity and a confident mature individual.
Loyal, aggressive, desire to succeed, work ethic, business ethics, rapport building, and organization are desired candidate characteristics for this position.
Languages: English Fluency
Computer Operations: Windows, MS Office, Power Point
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
1. Implementation of defined sales strategy
2. Oversight of all commercial contracts
3. Development of client relationships
4. Adhering to company sales policies and assigned administrative tasks.
5. Planning of sales, including forecasts for the next year, at product level
6. Adherence of company policy and monitoring of regional sales staff
7. Evaluation of the field activity
8. Management of contracts, networking with distributors and engaging other team members to gain support for total selling to maximize efforts and end results.
9. Statistical analysis of company sales; analyze sales and performance against objectives and initiate action plans to capitalize upon or create opportunities.
