| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Specific qualifications include:
• a minimum of 2 years software automation experience in a Microsoft Windows environment
• experience automating tests for Web based, n-tier application software
• experience with WinRunner (or like tool) using modular approach in creating maintainable scripts with customized user defined functions
• knowledge of writing shell scripts both in Unix and Windows
• proficient in at least one programming language such as C, C++, VB, Java
• experience with SQL Server/Oracle and relational database systems
• knowledge of CVS or other source control tool
• knowledge of Test Director, Quick Test Pro and/or LoadRunner a plus
• certification in Mercury tools a plus
• knowledge of Web & App servers such as Tomcat, Apache, WebSphere, IIS a plus
• knowledge of standard testing techniques and quality processes
• excellent problem solving abilities, detail orientation, and diagnostic abilities
• superior oral and written communication skills
• ability to coordinate and work successfully with a global team
• Requried: BTech/BE, Preferred: Masters |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job Description
As a Software Automation Specialist at Synygy, you will design and execute automated functional regression and performance testing. You will participate in many phases of the software development lifecycle in support of our quality assurance processes as well as work with Synygy’s Software Development team to research and implement technical solutions by conducting tests, recording benchmarks, and communicating results to colleagues. |
