Human Resources Associate -Iasi

As a Human Resources Associate at Synygy, you will work to grow our Iasi, Romania office. You will coordinate these efforts with the Vice President or Director of Human Resources, local and remote managers and senior staff, and the multinational Human Resources Team, to provide support to employees in the areas of employee benefits, recruiting, and employee relations.
You will work with Synygy Human Resources to fill job requisitions throughout the organization and work on employee relations. Responsibilities will include:
 Interviewing and hiring candidates in technical and non-technical positions using various Internet and Intranet applications
 Ensuring Human Resources initiatives and processes are implemented and executed consistently
 Assuring excellent employee relations practices through open and confidential communication, fair treatment and respect for all people, and consistent application of Synygy’s policies and programs.
 Providing administrative support including coordinating and planning the Induction schedule, plan and oversee recruiting events including open houses and career fairs, and maintain internal applicant tracking database and hardcopy archive for employee files

Specific qualifications include:
 Minimum of 2 years recruiting and employee relations experience in a technical corporate environment, preferably a multinational company
 Knowledge of labor and employment laws in Romania and the US
 Superior oral and written communication skills
 Excellent Internet and MS Outlook skills
 Experience using Internet search engines
 Excellent problem solving abilities and detail orientation
 Excellent team player with a flexible and adaptable mentality
 Bachelors degree required
