| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
A candidate for this position must have:
strong communication skills (both oral and written, in English and Romanian)
strong Microsoft Office skills (proficiency in Word and Excel necessary; skill with PowerPoint desirable)
excellent follow through and attention to detail
ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate projects
ability to take initiative and seek out new challenges and to improve current policies and procedures as necessary
ability to multi-task
ability to deal appropriately with highly confidential information
availability for traveling within Romania

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The main responsibility of Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to several departments within the company and assists in the areas of communication with the suppliers and other partners, employee benefits, traveling, recruiting, and retention.
As the company grows, this role will change and the employee will find ways to automate and increase productivity as well as take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring good communication with the local suppliers and other offices outside Romania
Help in managing and organizing the branding events for Synygy Europa in order to aid recruitment efforts
Responsible for managing the interoffice travel of Synygy employees
Employee paperwork processing and filing
Taking care of legal documents and keeping a relation with different institutions from and outside Bucharest
Assisting the remote System Administrator with the help-desk tasks
Benefits administration and organizing the social group activities
Manage other clerical activities such as filing, documents scanning, updating databases etc.
