| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Education - must have:
Bachelor or master degree in business (+ IT experience) or economics and computer science (+ business experience).
Previous experience - must have:
At least 1-2 years customizing know how in Oracle Apps, HR and CRM business processes knowledge.
Previous experience - nice to have:
Siebel CRM (Siebel tools), Oracle BI server, Java programming.
Hard skills:- Seibel Tools - customizing of the CRM application - nice to have
- Oracle BI Publisher - Oracle BI Publisher report generation and XML publishing skills - must have
- Solution design - ability to derive a solution from a set of requirements - must have
- programming skills - Oracle PL/SQL - must have; Java, Webservices - nice to have
- English - must have - international environment
- requirement analysis - experienced in understanding and documenting business requirements - must have
- ETL tools - experience with Informatics (must) and Oracle Data Integrator (nice to have)
Soft skills:- Decision making ability - employee must decide on its own on system upgrades, security roles,...
- initiative and responsibility - employee shall feel responsible for Oracle Apps and CRM application to take initiative for improving the tool and the supported business processes
- Ability to deal with conflicts - employee will have to deal with conflicts with business and IT operations
- Ability to cope with change - cope with the fast changing requirements and business
- Cost awareness - driving system and process optimization/automation on cost base
- Persuasiveness and Assertiveness - Business and other IT departments have to be persuaded from our needs frequently
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Overall purpose of this job:
Customize and operate our 3rd operational reporting tools for HCM and RSS.
Attractiveness of this job:
Green field reporting platform implementation from scratch. Working in a multi-site multi language and constantly growing environment
Future (2-3 years) requirements of this job:
Further challenges will need know how in the area of CRM and Marketing business processes (Marketing Resource Management)
Main tasks:
- Support and interface with business during the requirements engineering for reports --> requirements are clearly defined, understood by IT, agreed with business and impossible requirements are eliminated in a early stage
- solution design --> employee can design solutions based on given requirements, in a way another person could implement it
- report creation and coding --> employee can create reports based on given requirements, regardless if done on its own or from other person
- application documentation --> business processes and corresponding application development/customizing is documented at a central place in easy to follow and complete way
- system and performance testing --> employee follows a test driven development approach, including performance testing, which ensures development quality according to given std
- Oracle BI Server, ETL and Data Mart administration --> employee operates data mart, load processes and reporting infrastructures, to ensure report quality, uninterrupted availability, quick response times and in time data loads
