SAP Developer (working for MULTINATIONAL COMPANY)

This position involves working on mission-critical SAP Projects in an international context for a leading European insurance group.

Job requirements:

• Knowledge of the SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) module.
• Customization of the SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) module.
• Collaboration with the Business Department for specialized custom orders.
• Coaching and consulting of the end-users for the SAP HCM module.
• Analysis, design and implementation of the Business Processes from the SAP system point of view.
• Employee management, Time management and Travel Management.


• Knowledge of the SAP FI/CO (Financial and Controlling) module.
• Customization of the SAP FI/CO (Financial and Controlling) module.
• Collaboration with the Business Department for specialized custom orders.
• Coaching and consulting of the end-users for the SAP FI/CO module.
• Analysis, design, maintenance and optimization of the existing Business Processes.
• Design and Implementation of reports in SAP BW (Business Warehouse).
• Accounting, Billing, Controlling and Business Warehouse.
• Previous SAP Development experience required (ABAP Programming Language).
• Strong interest in clean design and architecture of large-scale software systems.
• Structured, organized working style, with an ambition to deliver quality results in limited time.
• Project Management skills are a plus.
• Strong social skills, good communicator both orally and in written form.
• Effective team-worker in a corporate environment.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of German considered a definite plus.

The job will involve working on challenging and interesting projects with a dynamic and young team.
You will work as part of a multinational group with true, large, enterprise-wide systems, complex architectures, real life constrains (speed, performance, non-stop systems availability).

You will travel in Europe (Vienna, Budapest) for trainings and project meetings.
