RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Position description:
Must be IT literate. Broadcast Experience and Knowledge are an advantage. Must be able to communicate and work alone and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- provide effective customer support
- support the full sales process
- undertake the installation at client’s premises
- test all new PlayBox Software and supported hardware
- ensure that the customer expectations are set appropriately
- provide client training
Additional capabilities (nice to have):
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Able to travel abroad
- Living or willing to relocate to Bucharest
