Additional job requirements which would be a plus are:

• Experience in leading technical teams
• Basic knowledge of HP reporting tools and/or Microsoft data base management and data processing tools (Excel, Access, SQL Server) or previous IT experience
• Customer care or quality management previous experience
• Understanding of Enterprise Business processes
• Experience in personal development/career planning facilitation


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• People management of the APT workforce within Operations & Support (approx. 10 Reporting Specialists) with a high focus on:
- professional performance management
- supporting team members technical, communication and customer care skills development
- recruiting the best talent
- ensuring efficient on-boarding
• Support Bucharest Operations & Support Team Lead with coordination of APT team members for operational activities as needed and relevant
• Ensure an efficient link between the APT company and its employees outsourced on all communication, administrative, legal and people management related aspects
• Act as an extended member of the Operations Oversight & Control team, coordinating the implementation of internal processes for the APT team members and contributing with optimization and process improvement initiatives, working well within a global peer network
• Contribute to building an organizational identity & culture by managing Communication & Team identity related activities
