RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Purpose: This is an agreement to provide product training and service to the sales staff of Distributors in Romania who purchase products of S.W.E.A.R. International, inc. (USA). To perform the services as defined by SC Berttina Com Srl that will ensure Distributor Satisfaction by supporting needs of Distributor’s sales team in training, product knowledge and some field support as it exclusively involves the use of S.W.E.A.R. International’s products.
Reports to: National Support Manager (NSM), SC Berttina Com Srl, Bucharest, Romania
Position Location: Position is based from our Bucharest Office. Duties involve travel to most account destinations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regularly scheduled product training and demonstrations for the sales staff of the Distributors.
2. Provide product and support assistance only to the sales staff of the Distributors in the field.
3. Conduct product surveys from customers on how S.W.E.A.R. can improve products.
4. Attend promotional events that would help develop product brand recognition.
5. Required to submit daily reports, weekly reports and monthly reports.
6. Provide backup field support to the Distributor when the (subcontract) TSR’s is not available.
Experience and skills required:
1. Must have 1 year experience in service, support or sales.
2. Must demonstrate time management skills. Must be self motivating personality.
3. Must successfully demonstrate discipline to work from office and home, without constant supervision.
4. Must demonstrate presentation skills
5. Must be able to write simple reports and deliver at required deadlines.
6. Must have cell phone.
8. Must be free to travel throughout your assigned territory by car.
9. Must have working car, good driving record, good (no) criminal record.
Subcontract Performance Pay: Starting pay is $350 per month (USD) ; $450 per month after first 90 days; $500 per month at first anniversary
Travel is necessary: This position requires some travel. All (reasonable) travel expenses will be paid. Travel is limited to Romania only.
Additional Information: We only require 2 CSR’s, so only the most seriously qualified applicants will receive an interview. Qualified applicants will be invited to 1 day orientation. Successful applicants will be invited back to begin a 1-to- 2 week training program in Bucharest.

To service our Distributor accounts in Romania we require a few Company Service Representatives (CSR’s).

A professional image is very important to S.W.E.A.R. and SC Berttina Com Srl, in that your image represents the words and deeds of S.W.E.A.R. in America. What is the most distracting thing about your image that would prevent you from representing S.W.E.A.R. in a professional manner” (Hairstyle, Unique hair color, visiable tattoos, poor densitry, unique speech or voice patterns) and is it something that you are willing to amend?
Your position will require you to work in our (temporary) office in center of Bucharest. It is a small office and you will be required to work close to others, are you easily distracted?
This position is one of trust. You will be thoroughly background checked. What would you consider your best and your worst characteristics. There is no right or wrong answer here, we are looking for honesty as the factor.
This position will require some frequent travel throughout Romania only. Your travel plans may provide you only 1 day notice and you may be required to travel for up to 1 week per trip. List the restrictions that will prevent you from performing this type of work. ( Being away from home, family needs at home, lack of personal transportation, etc.)

The company will provide travel vehicle & expenses ( including fuel, cell phone calls, lodgings, and meals, and use of company laptop [while on travel]and internet connection) however, in order to perform this position you must have your own cell phone.
