| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Location: Prague, Czech Republic.
University degree (Computer Science preferably)
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills and experience
Solid understanding and experience of UNIX (preferably Solaris) internals
Experience with at least one of the following: LDAP, NIS, NIS+, BIND, RPC
C/C++ programming skills
Willingness to travel
Attention to details
Very good command of written and spoken English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Location: Prague, Czech Republic.
Be responsible for source code level analysis to diagnose and debug customer reported software defects/bugs
Improve Name Service software space by providing source-level defect resolution
Be responsible for engineering a software solution, unit testing the solution and integrating that solution into the Solaris patch source code
Interact closely with other internal teams (Czech Republic, USA, India) including Development Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA) and Customer Support
Provide highest quality software defect solutions to our end customers
Keep detailed, accurate and up to date records of customer escalations on the internal tracking system
