| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Job Description
Manage a team of 6 software engineers which contribute to the design,
development and deployment of facing web ecommerce applications and related interfaces
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and cross-organizational teams
including QA, program management, product management, vendors, and IT,
to resolve project dependencies and achieve project objectives
Evaluate and address dependencies and integration points across all
development activities
Work with program managers to ensure adherence to business objectives
and to properly set and maintain expectations around scope and timeframe |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Preffered experience
University degree
Demonstrated experience successfully leading a development team
People management expertise and leadership skills
Familiarity with Web technologies and software development practices
Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
Ability to deliver under pressure
Good command of oral and written English
