Junior Sales Support Representative – German language

Preferred experience

* University degree – a great opportunity for fresh graduate
* General knowledge of and interest in IT (computer architecture, networks, OSs etc.)
* Experience in a similar or related environment is a plus
* High level of interpersonal skills
* Ability to learn quickly
* Ability to work as a team player in multinational environment
* Fluent knowledge of German language is a must
* Communicative knowledge of English language

Job Description

* Administrative and basic technical support of pre-sales services for both external and internal customers
* Preparation of standard products configurations and their pricing
* Coordinate service delivery for defined customers
* Analyze and understand the customer's functional and technical requirements and from these identify how company’s products and services can be applied
* Proactively provide customers with advanced information on entire product range and quotes, prices and lead-times
* Identify client dissatisfaction issues, solve or escalate complaints, identify need for preventive action
