CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Preferred experience
Secondary school/university degree
Previous Transaction center experience is an advantage
User knowledge of Oracle
Strong customer focus
Excellent communication skills and phone manner
Ability to work as a team player in a multinational environment
Fluent command of English language
Working knowledge of another european language is an advantage |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job Description
Ensure all transactional and coordination tasks relating to global contracts are performed in accordance with global service contract and the local contract
Collect and clarify missing contract information
Ensure invoice- and credit management according to the policy and rules
Act as central point of contact for customers and partners (EMEA region) regarding administrative requests and escalations
Monitor database integrity and improve the data quality
Provide actual and customized reports
Provide effective global management for service contract renewals and changes
Communicate with internal and external points
