CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The successful candidate
- will be a young with a sense of entrepreneurship
- will possess a Degree from a reputed high school
- Has at least 2 years of experience in managerial position in an apparel store
- Is Enthusiastic, dynamic, results-oriented and hard working
- Posses Knowledge of English or Italian

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage all retail activity
- Manage and motivate the sale staff, monitoring and improving their performance
- Provide a High level of customer service
- Ensure proper maintenance of the administrative records with regards to sales and stock
- Manage re-assortments in order to ensure optimum levels of sell out and stock
The position reports directly to the Regional and Area Manager.
