Customer Service Specialist

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English;
• Customer Care orientation;
• Ability to professional conduct a telephone conversation;
• Previous Service Center or Customer Service experience strong advantage;
• Good computer skills;
• Strong team player;
• Conflict resolution skills;
• Tolerance for stress;
• Teamwork spirit and initiative;
• Desire to work in a highly competitive environment that requires a high energy level.

The position includes responsibilities such as:

• Provide daily operational support related to orders deliveries and claims via telephone, chat and e-mail to a set of Steve Madden partners and clients;
• Provide information and advice for existing and potential customers related to company products;
• Coordinate and manage structured and high quality communication to both partners and internal colleagues.
