| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Higher education in finance/economics;
Post university studies in finance/accounting are an advantage;
Work experience in finance controlling / finance analysis or accounting in a multinational company, preferably in textile/fashion industry;
Knowledge in human resources and administrative field is an advantage;
Excellent development potential;
Ability to contribute to the business development;
Dynamic personality;
Work experience in a managerial position is appreciated, but is not a must;
Good command of German and/or English;
Good PC skills (especially MS Excel);
Willing to relocate to Targu Mures (if necessary).
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
FINANCIAL FIELD:
Is responsible for supervision of the accounting, including preparation of financial statements and reports, forecasts, and management information;
Coordinates financial operations related to: controlling, budgeting, treasury, cash flow, tax or management accounting and reporting according to Romanian and International Standards and business laws;
Verifies journal and ledger entries of cash and payments, purchases, expenses, and trial balances;
CUSTOMS FIELD:
Coordinate the custom operations (documentation, legal aspects);
HUMAN RESOURCES FIELD:
Coordinates the human resources activities according to the company policies;
Play an important role in company relation with the employees representative;
Coordinate the payroll activities;
ADMINISTRATIVE FIELD:
Communicates with tax specialists, lawyers, auditors, public authorities;
Represents the company for the state authorities;
Coordinate various administrative activities related to: insurance and maintenance contracts, finding suppliers/customers for special transactions investments, sales of the assets.
