| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Developing the company's brands including product development & implementation
• Designing, implementing, and facilitating the annual marketing plan for the firm. Supporting and facilitating development and implementation of section business/ marketing plans
• Planning and administrating the firm’s Marketing Operations budget
• Participating in planning and presentation sessions, when assigned
• Overseeing and pushing business development activities including designing and implementing prospecting and client contact systems
• Organize corporate communication activities:
- external communications
- internal communications
- public relations efforts
• Developing and administering the marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, and access to financial reports, etc.
• Overseeing firm’s electronic marketing efforts including supervision of web site design and maintenance
• Supervising the marketing team and making staffing and hiring decisions within the marketing department
• Conducting product tastings
