Professional Skills
•University degree, preferable in Business or Economics
•ideally around 5 years experience in sales
•experiences in the packaged goods environment, preferably food
•team orientation and collaborative working style
•appreciation of how commercial and supply chain value drivers impact on the viability of sales strategies

Our client, one of the top international companies active on the FMCG market is looking for a
KEY ACCOUNT CHANNEL MANAGER
Principal Accountabilities
•responsible with the retail channel
•developing a clear understanding of the key issues facing the customer and developing a business plan with the customers to achieve the agreed goals
•ensuring the achievement of targets
•reviewing progress against plans with customers on a frequent basis and being in constant communication with the customer ensuring both sides are well aware of business issues and/or changes
•ensuring clear, consistent and constant two way communication between sales colleagues and retailers
•working with the Trade Marketing team to develop customer strategy including category management, shelf strategy, assortment strategy and promotions
•collaborating with the Supply Chain and Sales teams to understand customer satisfaction and helping to address opportunities to improve
•continually seeking to ensure sales capabilities
