CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Reporting to the Helpdesk Coordinator successful candidate will be responsible for the support the sales force automation system (mobile solution).
More specifically he/she will:
- Understand the sales systems data flow
- Collaborate on the resolution of the incidents, by identifying temporary solution, and providing feedback to end users;
- Help Application Support Analysts in the analysis of functional requirements and provides enhancements to current Applications and Systems based on his relationship with users.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- High school; University degree or student (technical or IT related field) would be a plus;
- Help desk experience, preferably in a multinational, would be a plus
- Familiarity with Sales/Business systems would be a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Customer & problem solving oriented;
- Flexibility to change and adapt to new roles and responsibilities
- Good English knowledge.
