LEGAL ASSISTANT

 Law university degree;
 Minimum one year experience in the Legal field;
 Excellent English knowledge both written and spoken;
 Good communication/negotiation skills and networking capability;
 Basic theoretical knowledge of:
 civil law (general terms, legal entities, obligations, contracts) and civil procedural law;
 commercial law (general terms, companies – limited liability companies, commercial agreements at internal and international level as well – INCOTERMS RULES, bankruptcy; payment instruments);
 trademarks and copyright legislation;
 transport legislation for goods (internal and international rules);
 construction works legislation;
 labour legislation.

Reporting to the Legal Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with other departments of the company in order to ensure the legality of the activity.
More specifically, he/she will be involved in:
 Fulfilling the necessary formalities according to Companies and Trade Register Law (files preparation for submission, monitoring the renewal date for all the permits, authorizations and approvals, etc.);
 Drafting and checking various types of contracts such as sales/purchase, leasing, distribution, private label, license, technical assistance, construction works, services, transport etc.;
 Monitoring the contracts concluded by the company and their validity terms;
 Representing the Company in relation with local and state authorities or outside lawyers;
 Keeping abreast of the latest changes in the Romanian legislation.
