Personnel Officer

·Minimum Highschool, preferably University graduate;
·One year experience in human resources field;
·Problem solving attitude;
·Very good organisation skills;
·Eager to learn and develop / Fast learning capabilities with a positive attitude to experience new things;
·Labour legislation certificate would be a plus;
·Very good level of English;
·MS Office;

·Organize and administer projects and/or processes of administrative nature (labor books update, employee’s files update), ensuring correct and timely completion;
·Prepare all necessary paperwork for employees (including labour contract template, additional acts, decisions, certificates, exit-checklist etc), ensuring that all documents are in line with Romanian labour legislation and company policies;
·Keep abreast of Romanian labor legislation changes and inform the direct supervisor and HR team in due time. Come with proposals whenever necessary;
·Collect, consolidate and analyze HR data from different sources in order to prepare/update various reports (e.g. absenteeism, personal data etc);
·Undertake a variety of administrative duties without supervision within general guidelines;
·Maintain filing and record systems and file documents;
·Co-ordinate arrangements for a variety of meetings, internal and external, and assemble appropriate material for meetings and conferences;
