Sales Controller

• University degree in Economics;
• At least 4 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational;
• Solid understanding of profitability drivers, ability to analyze, control and influence them;
• Strong grasp of general business financials & company and industry dynamics;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong influencing skills;
• Well developed communication skills;
• Computer literacy (MS Office);
• Language skills: Excellent level of English.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for budget, control and review of Selling Expenses and Sales Trade Discounts and Allowances for all Trade Channels.

More specifically, he/she will:
 Contribute in building the Commercial Policy, Headcount & Selling expenses per Trade Channel, Region, Site & Account, by controlling all relevant reports for Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly Forecasts and STRAT PLAN process;
 Control and review all Sales Trade Discounts & Allowances and keep track of the accrual base;
 Control, review and audit selling expenses, and communicate the results to all impacted parties aiming to beat the expenses plan and safeguard healthy S&D structure, by delivering productivities;
 Analyze Company’s sales selling models’ efficiency and identify risks & opportunities in selling / ordering/ delivering system;
