| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
5+ years of software development experience
Proven people management skills in leading teams of 3 or more
Familiar with Web 2.0 concepts
Server-side development (PHP, .NET, etc)
Client-side development (HTML/JavaScript)
Experienced with Web Services and SOAs

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As an Engineering Manager, you will be managing and leading a team of developers.
The team will start with 4 members and will grow over time.
You have to be very knowledgeable in scalable web architectures and familiar LAMP platform.
As a people manager, you will be part of interview teams, keeping your direct reports motivated, performing appraisals for the team members and participating in management related activities of the company.
Work in conjunction with the French team.
Lead the team, plan and manage its workload by assigning work, monitoring and resolving problems, anticipating and overcoming potential conflicts and roadblocks
Create project plans and schedules
Mentor team members by providing knowledge and expertise
Stay in touch with the latest technologies and trends.

Based in Brasov, SSL-software is the new romanian office of a French company specialized in the developments of Web applications.
We currently seek to build a team of 5 developers to reinforce the technical team based in France.
Our most famous customers are France Telecom, Alcatel or Aventis.
