Excellent product knowledge in chemicals/agrochemicals. Knowledge of regulatory systems. Agronomic training ideally to degree level. Understanding of experimentation, statistics and report writing. Excellent communication skills. Computer literacy and willingness to travel. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
To provide technical support to sales for all registered products across all Product Families (Insecticides, Acaricides, Seed Enhancements, Herbicides, Plant Growth Regulators, Specialty Products and Fungicides) in Romania.
To represent the interests of the Regional Technical Managers or Registration Specialists through the local liaison with contractors, Research Institutes, Ministry of Agriculture (Registration Authorities) et al, to develop in country data for biological performance and/or residue studies in Romania to maintain or achieve registrations of products.
Manage all aspects of the country’s technical sales support and development trials programme including project proposal, sample forecasts, contract negotiation, agreeing protocols, monitoring progress, requesting payment of invoices, checking and submitting reports.
Provide technical sales support for all products and support Sales team by presenting the technical advantage of products to customers and influencers.
Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers supporting them via product training and by organizing and leading technical seminars and field days.
Maintain and achieve registration for products liaising with regulatory authorities , Research Institutes and Ministry of Agriculture.
Collect and analyse market and competitor data
