RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Has line responsibility for the sales function, making recommendations on sales quotas, assigning territories and accounts to sales representatives in order to achieve agreed sales targets within an allocated budget and maintain competitive advantage. Additional responsibilities includes sales forecasts, sales administration, sales promotion and key account management. Has to identify new customers and build up strong relationships with them. Provides Crop Protection marketing survey and research to Country Management.Reports to Country Manager Romania.
· Achieve the level of Sales in the Region in accordance with Budget.
· Has to build up new customers
· Establishing strong relationships with customers.
· Maintain a few key accounts personally.
· Assist the Technical Support Manager in TSS trials, field days, and seminars. (make presentations to promote the technical benefits of products)
· Analyze Market data and financial situation of the customers. |
