• Graduate
• Sports betting experience would be an advantage but not essential

The Role:
Whilst sports betting experience would be a definite bonus, it is not a pre requisite for the role. Either way the successful candidate will be trained by our staff from our Centre of Excellence. Initially the successful candidates will be responsible for feeding information to the Center of Excellence aimed at customizing the betting offer to the Romanian market place. All the time your training will continue and you will start to contribute and eventually drive odds compilation on specific sports and leagues. As well have rota-ed responsibility for managing the day to day tasks required in running a sportsbook. The candidate will need to be passionate about sport, an excellent communicator, committed and flexible. The successful candidate will need to be willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsible for:
• Odds compilation
• Risk management
• Setting up and settling bets
• Competitor and market analysis
• Analysis of betting patterns
• Liaise with marketing, sales, customer services and CRM on a regular basis to identify, define and implement initiatives.
• Assist content management
• Assist weekly bet cycle by preparing templates for match list and coupons

One of the biggest names in global gaming has joined forces with a Romanian partner to launch a retail sports betting operation that transform the local market. To help support this operation we are looking to recruit two Bucharest based odds compilers. We have ambitions to rapidly grow our operation in both the short and longer term. There is a great opportunity here to be involved from the outset and help define our new sports betting service in Romania.
