CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Bachelor's degree;
- minimum 1 year experience on a similar position;
- self-oriented, pro-active, self motivated & delivery focused;
- used to working in a highly professional client driven business;
- excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, databases, etc.);

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- support the Consultants by leading candidate sourcing and acquisition responsibilities for the team, utilizing a variety of traditional and cutting edge methodologies;
- identify target companies & people;
- perform general market research & internet research to locate people and understand market sectors;
- coordinate with Consultants on approach of candidates and interview setup;
- work and update the company database with useful information; |
