| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
5+ years experience in business development, preferably with experience in recruitment
2+ years experience in team management
Fluent English, Romanian a distinct benefit
Excellent communication and client service skills

Developing a client portfolio through strong business development
Recruit, manage and lead a team of consultants across Romania
Communicate regularly with the networks international offices across Europe, Middle East and South America
